Role Description: The Operations and Community Engagement Manager leads the operations of the organization in all areas of its work, and designs and executes on community engagement, marketing, and communications strategies. The Operations and Community Engagement Manager works in partnership with the Artistic Director, implementing the business and operational aspects of artistic decisions of the Artistic Director, and working with other personnel and volunteers in the organization.
