Youth Classes on Saturdays
10:00-10:45am: Creative Movement for ages 4-8
11:00-11:45am: Dancing Together for ages 2-5
$156 full session pre-enrollment necessary; enrollment closes January 15.
Capoeira (ages 16 and older) on Wednesdays
6:30-7:30pm
$195 pre-enrollment encouraged for full session – savings of $2/class.
Flex-Card holiday special for all drop in class options!
$150 for a 10-class card.

9:15-10:00am: Pilates Mat
10:00-11:30am: Moving Practice – Investigations within contemporary forms. Rotating instructors monthly.
4:00-5:00pm: Gyrokinesis Method
