Workshops, Intensives, and Master Classes
Join internationally-acclaimed choreographer Gemma Bond, from the American Ballet Theatre (ABT) and The Royal Ballet, for a world-class choreography workshop. Gemma has choreographed for dance companies around the world and is the recipient of the 2017 Princess Grace Award, the 2018 Clive Barnes Foundation Award for Choreography, and the 2020 Bessie Award for Outstanding Breakout Choreographer.
Schedule for Saturday, June 21
10:30-11:30am: Technique Warm-up with Lauren Post—MDT School Director and former ABT dancer
11:45am-1:45pm: Choreography with Gemma Bond—former dancer with ABT and The Royal Ballet
2:00-2:30pm: Free and public showcase in Studio 6A with free mocktails!
Workshop cost: $50
The workshop and showcase will both take place in MDT Studio 6A. The showcase is free and will serve complimentary mocktails from Curious Elixirs and Bourget Imports!
