Ongoing Classes and Gatherings

Sol Creative Performing Arts Studio is the newest professional dance instruction studio and company in the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District, specializing in Broadway Theatre Jazz, Musical Theatre Jazz, and Tap. Classes are offered weekly for ages 16 and up at pre-professional and professional levels from advanced beginner through advanced. The class price is $20.

Weekly dance classes are provided in Jazz Technique/Choreography, Musical and Theatre Jazz, and Rhythm and Musical Theatre style Tap. Classes are for anyone who desires to improve their dance training, maintain their training, learn other styles, or dance for the pure joy of dance! There’s something for everyone!

Sol Creative opened January 12, 2024, with a Gala Grand Opening providing an 8 piece band with 12 dancers and singers. This past August, Sol Creative presented Wonderland, a modern telling of Lewis Carroll’s Through the Looking Glass with live and recorded music and 15 singers and dancers performing in a cabaret style venue. The company members take classes, rehearse new works, and perform in the company cabaret productions.
