We’re excited to announce that incoming Minnesota Dance Theatre School Director Lauren Post, who recently retired from American Ballet Theatre, will be teaching open advanced ballet classes.

An optional 45-minute strength and conditioning class will follow. Yoga mats highly recommended.
The cost is $16 for ballet and $10 for strength. No preregistration is required.
