Workshops, Intensives, and Master Classes
Minnesota Ballet School’s (MBS) Summer Intensive Program, featuring Lucia Erickson (Soloist, Philadelphia Ballet) alongside our outstanding MBS faculty, provides comprehensive training in Russian classical ballet technique based on the Vaganova syllabus and Balanchine style. Designed for serious students, the program places strong emphasis on technical precision and artistic development.
2-Week Summer Intensive Camps from July 7-18:
- 9:00am-1:00pm: Ballet technique, pointe technique, and repertoire. Dancers will learn variations from classical ballets such as Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, Corsair, and many more.
- 2:00-4:00pm: Students will be continuing classes such as contemporary and aerial ballet, character dance, and partnering.
- Open for male and female students, ages 9+.
