Performances and Events

Join us for Dredged and Dammed: A Confluence, an experimental dance performance created and directed by transdisciplinary artist and choreographer Elizabeth Flinsch on Sunday, October 13 at the Southern Theater.

This raw and spirited experimental dance piece brings together a collaboration of improvisation based movement and music to evoke an ethereal world simultaneously forming and disintegrating in real time. The performance delves into the complex relationship between human control and the wildness of the Mississippi River.

Featuring
Elizabeth Flinsch – Choreographer, Mover and Director
Jesse Schmitz-Boyd – Mover and Collaborator
Zach Cohen – Accompanist. Principal Bassist, St. Paul Chamber Orchestra
