Workshops, Intensives, and Master Classes
Join Doma in hosting Viliam Mikula (Pul’s Prešov) and Artistic Director Alexandra Bodnarchuk for our Summer 2025 Research Residency and events.
Bodnarchuk will study dances from the Šariš region of Northeastern Slovakia with Mikula. Their studies and research will be made publicly available through 3 events:
Friday, August 1: Community dance class at Tapestry Folkdance Center
Sunday, August 3: Lecture/Demonstration at St. Mary’s Parish Center
Tuesday, August 5: Advanced dance class at Doma Studio

Alexandra Bodnarchuk is a fiscal year 2025 recipient of a Creative Individuals grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board. This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
