Cultural/Folk Dance Instructors Wanted for Beginner-Level Class Series

Tapestry Folkdance Center is seeking cultural and folk dance instructors interested in leading a beginner-level 3-4 week class series as part of our Tapestry Class Series. We are currently scheduling classes for May–December 2026.

This program is designed as a joyful celebration of global dance traditions represented right here in the Twin Cities. Held on Wednesday evenings from 8:00–9:30pm, each month introduces participants to a different dance style or cultural tradition.

Our goal is to build meaningful connections—both among local dance organizations and individuals passionate about folk dance—while expanding access to a wide range of world dance forms. Through this series, we aim to highlight and celebrate the rich cultural diversity of the Twin Cities.

Instructor pay is $50/hour.
