Ongoing Classes and Gatherings
The GYROKINESIS® Method was developed by former international ballet dancer Juliu Horvath. While sharing movement and energy principals with qigong, yoga, and Pilates, the Gyrokinesis Method helps dancers strengthen their connection to their core, train mobility in a 3-dimensional approach, and decompress the joints—especially in the spine and low back!
Gyro = to turn, to spin
Kinesis = movement
Via undulations, spirals, circles and figure 8s, you will open up the hard-to-access places in your body while increasing your body awareness and building new pathways.
