Performances and Events

Named after the Samantha Rei’s fashion line, id.ego. is an evening of dance that is dedicated to how the arts can help heal mental health.

This  includes “Angels Sang to Me” where composer AJ Isaacson-Zvidzwa reveals her experiences with mental illness through music and spoken word illustrating her journey through bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

Samantha Rei’s “id.ego.” fashion collection inspires new works that explore healing through arts. The designer created what she calls her “Therapy Collection which reflects feelings she experienced during a time of feeling low.

Join us for an evening of self discovery through dance, spoken word, visual art, and music. Featuring live music with musicians from Minnesota Orchestra, MacPhail, and the Isles Ensemble, and visual art from artists Paul Herwig and Liv Majors.
