Ballet teacher wanted: join our team in Blaine, Minnesota.

We are looking for an experienced, intentional ballet teacher who is passionate about the growth and development of every student—regardless of age or level.

We want a teacher who can challenge our dancers beyond the barre, build strong technique through purposeful center-floor work, and keep ballet engaging, inspiring, and fun. Our goal is for students to genuinely love ballet while understanding the discipline, strength, and technique it requires.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is focused on student growth rather than seeking validation from students.
• Has the experience and confidence to challenge dancers appropriately.
• Can create purposeful, engaging center-floor work.
• Knows how to teach strong ballet technique while keeping students invested.
• Can work effectively with dancers across a variety of ages and levels.
• Is intentional about building both individual dancers and a strong overall ballet program.
• Wants to be part of building and improving something, not simply teaching classes.
