Ballare Teatro Performing Arts Center is seeking a part-time administrator for our 2025-2026 dance season! We would love to have you join our team!
Hours: Wednesdays from 3:45-9:00pm; Thursdays from 4:00-9:00pm, and as needed to fill in for two other part-time administrators.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting families
- Enrolling new students
- Costume organization
- Ordering shoes
- Cleaning
- Social media
- Liaison between instructors, families, and director
- Answering the phone and returning messages via phone and email
- Assist during rehearsals, performances, picture day
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a dance studio setting
- Detail oriented and able to multitaskEnjoy working with young children and adults
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- BA in Dance is a plus
- Experience with Jackrabbit software a plus
