Hothouse has two studios for you to choose from – Studio 1 is 900 square feet, and Studio 2 is 1000 square feet. Both studios include:

Young Dance has two large studios available for rent in the Midway neighborhood of Saint Paul. Easily accessible by the Green Line light rail, the 16 and 67 Bus Lines, and with ample parking in the Fairview Business Center parking lot. The space is fully ADA accessible with ramps to the sprung studio floor and automatic door openers.

Rentals are currently available:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00am–3:30pm
Tuesday, 7:45–9:00pm
Wednesday, 7:15–9:00pm
Friday, 11:00am–9:00pm
Saturday, 3:00–9:00pm
Sunday, 8:00–10:45am and 3:15–9:00pm

The studios are newly equipped with sprung Harlequin Marley flooring, a Bluetooth speaker system, and wifi. A projector with AV adapters is available by request. Studio 2 has ballet barres and a mirror. The studio has a clear COVID safety plan including regular disinfecting of all floors and surfaces and a new HVAC system that refreshes the air 7-8 times per hour.

Studio K, operated by Keane Sense of Rhythm, is a brand new dance space built for percussive dance. Studio K features two studios with a lobby area in the Creative Enterprise Zone in St. Paul.

Studio 1: 30’ x 34’ – 1020 square feet
Studio 2: 14’ x 20’ – 280 square feet

Over 2000 square feet with windows, two mirrored walls, and a sprung hardwood floor. We are fully set up for you to conduct or record your classes or rehearsals. We have daytime availability, as well as some primetime evenings and weekends. The Jawaahir Studio is conveniently located at 3010 Minnehaha Ave in the Hook and Ladder building. Only two blocks from the Lake Street/Midtown light rail station, and on the 7, 21, 27, and 53 bus routes. Free lot and street parking.

Starts at $20 per hour. Rate quoted is for dance-related rentals only. Sorry, no party rentals. No Irish shoes or tap shoes permitted. Rental fee may change at the discretion of Jawaahir.

Need space to rehearse, choreograph, teach, or hold an event? Collide Theatrical has two studios available for rental in our beautiful St. Paul location.

Studio 1 has 1700 square feet of sprung floor, full wall-length mirrors, Rosco Adagio Marley dance floor, high ceilings, skylights, and 3 chandeliers.

Studio 2 has 550 square feet of sprung wood floor.

Both studios have the following amenities:

• Ballet barres for up to 18 students
• Free and accessible parking and access to public transportation line
• Gender-specific bathrooms (non-gender-specific bathroom available in the adjacent building)
• Free Wi-Fi
• Bluetooth room speakers
• Cubbies for holding shoes and clothes

Weekly Rental Rate:

We have a dance studio space to rent at our building in St Paul. The Universe Buildings are located at 2161 University Ave across from the Dubliner on University Ave.

This studio space is set up and ready to go for a dance or yoga studio. There is a separate room with a sink, cupboards, and a refrigerator as well as counter space for events and lounging.

The Universe Buildings are owner-occupied buildings and two of the most visible buildings along University Avenue W and Vandalia. These two commercial buildings are in the center of the metro area and the heart of the Creative Enterprise Zone. The buildings are zoned light industrial/commercial, and we have an interesting group of creative, environmental, and community-oriented businesses that call it home.

With easy access to the Green Line and I-94, both buildings are just 10 minutes from downtown St. Paul and 12 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, helping you feel connected to both of the Twin Cities. A parking lot is also available in the back of the buildings.
