Our downtown Minneapolis offices and practical-use spaces range from 150-2,000 square feet and serve a wide range of professions, from dance companies to a PR firm to individual fine artists! We even offer nonprofit pricing to qualifying organizations.

Located in the heart of the LynLake neighborhood, The Arena is available for your rehearsal, class, and event needs!

Our space offers 1,305 square feet, 30’×40′ of sprung floor, Marley dance flooring, wall-length mirrors (with curtains to cover if preferred), free wifi, and a changing room.

We are situated on multiple bus lines, including the 21, 4, 23, 612, and 18; with plenty of free, street parking around the building.

Need space to rehearse, choreograph, teach, or hold an event? Collide Theatrical has two studios available for rental in our beautiful St. Paul location.

Studio 1 has 1700 square feet of sprung floor, full wall-length mirrors, Rosco Adagio Marley dance floor, high ceilings, sky lights, and three chandeliers.

Studio 2 has 550 square feet of sprung wood floor.

Both studios have the following amenities:

• Ballet barres for up to 18 students
• Free and accessible parking and access to public transportation line
• Gender-specific bathrooms (non-gender-specific bathroom available in the adjacent building)
• Free Wi-Fi
• Bluetooth room speakers
• Cubbies for holding shoes and clothes
• 2 long folding tables
• Access to up to 30 folding chairs
• HVAC heated and cooled spaces with temperature control
• Hallway drinking fountains. Access to kitchenette area available upon request.

Single Rental:
Studio 1 – $30/Hour
Studio 2 – $20/Hour

Long-Term or Multiple-Day Rental:
Studio 1 – $20/Hour
Studio 2 – $15/Hour

Weekly Rental Rate:
Payment for rental bookings must be made 48 hours prior to your booking to hold your reservation. A signed rental agreement and certificate of insurance must be provided prior to your reservation. Please contact us at 651-395-7903 to schedule a visit. COVID safety rules and cleaning are at the highest priority.

Are you a dancer interested in learning more about professional development, advice on how to tailor a resume, tips on successful interviewing, or tools for networking in the local or national dance community?

Artists in the community are encouraged to sign up for 30-minute consultations every second Wednesday of the month through The Cowles Center’s Open Office Hours Program. The next Open Office Hours will take place on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 9:00am-5:00pm. Consultations can take place virtually or in-person, pre-registration required.

TU Dance Center is available for rental when not in use by the school.

TU Dance Center features:

Reception area and front desk for check-in or event use. Access to adjacent dressing room and green room with kitchenette are available upon request.

Both studios: sprung dance floor with Marley-type surface by Harlequin, wall of mirrors, portable ballet barre units 10′ in length, room-level sound system with CD and mini-jack inputs, 50′ LCD TV cart for presentation and videoconferencing. Large windows providing ample natural light.

Studio 1 only: a curtain that can be drawn on entire mirror, wall-mounted ballet barres of 27′ and 33′.

Studio 2: 46’x21′
