Come join us for a fun and energetic modern dance workshop series designed for adults who are new or returning to dance!
This class introduces the foundational principles of modern dance in a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment. Students will explore fundamental techniques, including floor work, center exercises, and basic movement phrases, while developing strength, coordination, and creative expression. Whether you’re looking to learn a new skill, get some exercise, or just have a great time, this workshop series is perfect for you.
No prior dance experience is required – just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
The workshop will be held at Threads Dance Nexus on consecutive Mondays, so mark your calendars and get ready to dance!
Mondays, 5:30-7:00pm
Early Fall Session: September 14-November 2 from 6:00-7:30pm; 8 classes for $175
Late Fall Session: November 9-December 14 from 6:00-7:30pm; 6 classes for $145
