Ongoing Classes and Gatherings

Adult ballet in a fun, supportive, and community-focused setting—with free parking! Build technique, prevent injury, reduce pain, and enjoy the many physical and mental benefits of ballet while building community and friendships in a healthy and welcoming environment!

Whether you are brand new to ballet or have been dancing all your life, these classes offer classical-technique training in a supportive, no-stress atmosphere! You will receive individual corrections that will allow you to improve your alignment, artistry, strength, and technique. Depending on the level, you will also learn new dance steps appropriate for that level.

Learn a variation and up your dancing skills this summer! In Ballet Variations, you will get a chance to learn and rehearse a classical ballet variation (or two). You will learn steps you might not learn in class; build strength, stamina, and technique; and improve your performance skills like spacing and character performance. Unlike a workshop, where you only get one or two days to learn and practice a variation, this class runs over the course of the summer to allow you to improve every week, just like the professionals do! Requires at least one year of ballet experience, and you must sign up for Ballet 1 beforehand as your warm-up.
