Workshops, Intensives, and Master Classes
Join us for Rhythm as Fun at TU Dance Center—starting with breathing patterns and progressing into motions that mobilize the spine through arching, curling, bending, spiraling, and waving. Connecting with the breath, the movement starts to feel like a dance: oxygenating the circulatory system, stimulating the nervous system, and opening the body. Exercises are done on chairs/stools and in standing and lying positions.
6-Week Workshop
February 19-March 26
Thursdays, 4:30-6:00pm
