Off-Leash Area (OLA) is hiring one person to join the Set-Up Crew for our Neighborhood Garage Tour, scheduled for three weekends, Fridays and Saturdays, September 12-27. OLA is a multi-award winning dance and theater company that creates exclusively original work, and has been producing in Minneapolis for the past 25 years.
The Neighborhood Garage Tour is an incredibly unique and fun community arts program, providing access to contemporary arts, and overcoming barriers of geography, time, and cost to reach Minnesotans in their own neighborhoods. Now in its 9th year, it is our most popular program. Additionally, OLA embraces an all-abilities approach to performance making and presenting. Access services are offered throughout the company’s programs and productions.
Schedule and Compensation
Compensation: $1,125.00
Hours: 15 per weekend for 3 weekends, Fridays and Saturdays of September 12-27
Schedule: Friday, approximately 11:00am-9:30pm; Saturday, approximately 6:00-11:00pm
Expectations: Ability to take direction, and be self-directed; ability to work positively and communicate cordially with many different types of people; ability to lift heavy objects; background in the performing arts preferred; experience with box office duties, or customer service; driver’s license.
