A new workshop series from Paula Mann/Time Track Productions:

Speed, Force and Timing
Four Saturdays, 2:00-4:00pm
April 15, 22 and 29; May 6
At The Cowles Center, Studio 5B

Class will include a modern/contemporary warm-up based on Mann’s 30 years of teaching Limon technique, improvisation/creative process practice exploring these principles, and learning new movement ideas for Mann’s next work with phrases based on speed, force and timing.

For all levels of experience.

Price is $10 for each two-hour workshop.
